She began writing Three Decades in Thirty Days to document the transformative lessons she learned through the tough events and awakening in her twenties—and to help others reflect, reconnect, and realign with their own truths.

Originally from Metro Detroit, she finds inspiration in travel, deep conversations, and quiet moments with her German Shepherd-Husky, Kaia. M.C. Johnson is currently working on two fiction novels that explore the emotional complexity of relationships, heartache, and the psychological tension that lies beneath the surface of everyday life.
